We’re on a mission to make Employee Benefits affordable, easier to understand and even easier to administer.
Our company was born after seeing how underserved businesses were in the employee benefits space and recognizing a change needed to happen. After working with clients and seeing not only were they not supported by their advisor but that they often were in the wrong plans for far too long, we decided that change had to start with us. We greatly expanded our services to include all administration for no additional charge. Make sure they had a direct agent to contact when they or their employees needed help and ensure the plan they were in best suited them, all while saving them money on their existing plans.
With our head office located on Vancouver Island, we service clients across beautiful British Columbia from the lower mainland to the north. We focus on the underserved Micro, Small, and medium-sized business markets where our high level of service is most appreciated.
We offer clients of any size a menu of options, prices, and companies to choose from and explain in plain language and detail how the plan works, how renewals work, and how to pick the best plan.
